Notes:

Our shipping method is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
After we ship out your products, you will receive an email with tracking number to track. You can also check your order information by this number.

Return Policy

At Zhituohome, we value your satisfaction, which is why we offer a flexible return policy. You have a generous window of 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same pristine condition in which you received it. Please ensure that the item remains unworn or unused, with all tags intact. Additionally, kindly provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase for smooth processing.

Once your return request is approved, we will promptly send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept any items sent back without prior authorization.

To expedite the process and ensure you receive the desired item without delay, we recommend initiating a return for the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can conveniently make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds

Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting your return, we will notify you promptly regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Kindly keep in mind that the refund may take some time to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, as it is subject to the processing time of your financial institution.
